We aim to help our clients achieve the same results with a 1-part epoxy to reduce the dependence on corrosive materials that 2-part epoxies generally require.  We also instruct our clients on how to handle adhesive products safely.  As a proactive measure to reduce each client’s carbon footprint, Fielco’s products offer minimal cure temperature and cure time.
Here are a few statistics about our green adhesives production:

• less than 0.5% of non-hazardous waste per pound of finished product is generated by Fielco
  
  
• less than 0.1% hazardous waste per pound of finished product is generated by Fielco
  
  
• 99.5% of our complete product line is non-solvent based with VOC’s of less than 0.2%

Fielco Adhesives utilizes a distillation unit to clean and recycle in-house cleaning solutions. Fielco also utilizes reusable totes for both raw and finished products, whenever possible.  In addition to our extensive recycling and tireless efforts to make our products earth-friendly, we maintain a paperless environment as much as possible, taking full advantage of unique digital systems.
