Mastergrip 3800 is a two-component,
room temperature curing, zero V.O.C, 100% solids epoxy
Polyvinylchloride adhesive. Mastergrip 3800 has
an extended working life and develops excellent adhesion
and resistance to water and chemicals after curing.
Mastergrip 3810 is a two component,
room temperature curing, zero V.O.C, 100% solids epoxy
adhesive used for bonding Polyvinylchloride. Mastergrip
3810 is an accelerated version of Mastergrip 3800, bonded
components can be handled in as little as 6 hours. Excellent
adhesion and resistance to water and chemicals is developed
after curing.
IRIS 7025 is an ultraviolet curable
100% solids zero V.O.C. anti-skid coating, which forms
a strong, slightly tacky film after curing. It is
formulated to replace environmentally unfriendly vinyl
films currently in use for this type of application.
IRIS 3045 is
a low viscosity 100% solids zero V.O.C one-part UV curable
laminating adhesive specifically designed for treated polypropylene.
Bonded films show high initial adhesion, which continues
to increase over a 24-hour period generating a permanent
tack free bond. In
many cases a destructive bond is generating making IRIS
3045 ideal for tamper free packaging.
IRIS 3035 is a low viscosity 100% solids
zero V.O.C one-part UV curable laminating adhesive specifically
designed for opaque plastic, metalized films, foils, and
paper. The adhesive is print, cured and then nipped. The
film exits the UV curing station as a tacky PSA, which
is immediately nipped to the second film. The bonded films
show high initial adhesion. As IRIS 3035 continues curing
post U.V. light exposure, adhesion continues to increase
over a 24-hour period generating a permanent bond.
IRIS 5090 is
a 100% solids zero V.O.C. one-part UV curable, temporary,
peelable protective coating for applications requiring
high chemical resistance, high impact resistance, as well
as abrasion resistance. Upon
exposure to UV light, IRIS 5090 cures to a semi-flexible
coating which allows for protection of components during
processing and easy removal from substrates upon completion.
Iris 5090 has the ability to be cured in excess of 90 mils
when necessary.
Masterweld 6400 is a 100% solids
zero V.O.C one-part toughened epoxy adhesive that cures
at temperatures as low as 80 degrees Celsius. This product
is supplied as a viscous thixotropic paste at room temperature,
which exhibits high levels of green strength. MW
6400 produces excellent bonds to various thermoplastics
materials. Low softening point plastics such as ABS
can now be bonded using MW 6400.
MW 6355 is
a heat curing, one component epoxy adhesive developed to
replace environmentally unfriendly phenolic adhesives.
This product is supplied as a thixotropic liquid at room
temperature and produces excellent bonds to steel, aluminum,
and various plastics.
Kleen Brite This waster
based non-flammable cleaner exhibits high dissolving power
for uncured two-part epoxy systems, one-part epoxy systems,
urethanes and water based adhesives.
Cleaner 334 LV is
a high boiling, non-VOC, non-halogenated based, water rinsable
cleaning and stripping solution. This cleaning system has
been specifically formulated to replace high VOC paint
strippers and methylene chloride cleaners. Cleaner 334
LV exhibits very high solvent activity over a broad range
of resins commonly used in paint and coating formulations. It
solvates lacquer type systems, two component epoxy systems,
and is highly effective in solvating both acrylic and polyurethane
formulations. When
desired, the rate of solvent activity can be increased
by raising the temperature of Cleaner 334 LV. |
