Dan Fields is General Manager at Fielco Adhesives. Dan’s responsibilities include sales, human resources and many general operating duties. Dan is also extremely involved in the operation of Fielco’s unique 22 Point Shipping Checklist for all outgoing orders.

Dan says, “Fielco is operated by hard working, honest and up-front people. That naturally results in consistent quality products and service. We always have the customer in mind with everything we do, and we always strive to do the right thing. That is what we believe at Fielco and that is how we operate every day.” 
 
Dan is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in History and Sociology. He has over 7 years of adhesive sales and management experience. Prior to Fielco, Dan worked in sales and sales management in both the plastics & computer consulting industry. 

Dan has extensive people, management and entrepreneurial experience. He is a firm believer that a company should be run with honesty and integrity, extending to all of Fielco’s customers, vendors and employees. Dan feels that delivering high-quality products and timely service will build trust and strong relationships with Fielco’s customers. 

His outside interests include mountain biking, trail running, basketball, meditation and spending time with his family.
